Anything you can do with a Chrome browser, you can do on a Chromebook.

Verify that your Chromebook is touchscreen and can run Android apps. Using Snapseed all by itself on a Chromebook, Video 518 is what we played here. Old, original Chromebooks cannot run Android, but most all new, touchscreen Chromebooks do run Android apps from the Google Play store. Snapseed does NOT run on computers, which is why it’s a bit of a big deal that you can run it on a Chromebook. It runs on iPhone/iPad and also on Android devices.
